Order and Shipping Information
SeatGenie® orders are processed within two business days. All items are shipped via USPS. If you have a question about a specific order, please contact us using the contact form at right, and be sure to include your order number and PayPal transaction number.
All of our items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Please allow two business days for processing and handling. Once shipped, please allow 5-10 days for your products to arrive. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. We are based in Florida, so shipping times will vary based on your location. If you wish to have your items sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
Local Pick Up Information:
If you wish pick up your SeatGenie®, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
You have the option for local pick up instead of shipping if you live nearby or are planning to be in the area. Please allow two business days for processing and handling. We will send you an email when your order is ready. Business hours for pick up are 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and the pick up location is:

Once they are ready, we will hold your items for three business days. If your items are not picked up within three business days you will need to contact us to schedule a new pick up date, as we will move the items back to our warehouse. You can contact us here.
Returns must be made within seven days of receipt. All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee per item, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Payment will be credited back via PayPal (minus restocking fees) once returned item is received in good condition, suitable for resale.
